About the Role

In this remote opportunity, you will work from the comfort of your own home, handling incoming calls from store partners, creating tickets for assistance, and performing basic research to resolve issues efficiently. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for store partners, providing them with guidance, support, and solutions to their queries.

Key Responsibilities


Accepting incoming calls from store partners and providing timely and effective support
Creating tickets with detailed information from calls to ensure seamless issue resolution
Conducting basic research to resolve issues and provide accurate information
Following written directions and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
Processing forms and documents sent by service providers
Demonstrating excellent note-taking and organizational skills to maintain accurate records
