**Job Summary**
As an Associate Customer Care Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, processing customer orders, handling inquiries, and resolving basic problems to ensure customer satisfaction. **Primary Responsibilities**
* Respond to basic inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide customers with basic product and pricing information.
* Enter and maintain accurate customer orders using various software applications.
* Handle basic issues and complaints in a professional, courteous manner, while escalating complex issues to others.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to provide accurate and timely information to customers.

**Compensation and Benefits**
