Key Responsibilities

Service inbound calls while engaging and communicating with entrepreneurs and managers, learning about their needs and suggesting the right arenaflex products and services.
Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate proper product features, benefits, and different components of arenaflex services.
Continuously enhance key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals.
Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries regarding accounts in a prompt, organized client care environment.
Document vital record information according to established policies and procedures.
Integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices.


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Customer support experience (two years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through outstanding listening, consultative relationship building, intelligence, and strong written and verbal communication.
Proven results in a customer care and sales environment (two years+).
Ability to work in a high-speed metric-driven environment with capable multitasking and navigation in an online environment.
A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
