**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Warmly and professionally welcoming customers visiting the dealership and handling incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
* Managing the dealership's Business Development Center (BDC), addressing customer queries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
* Coordinating service appointments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Efficiently processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate transaction records as part of cashier duties related to sales, service, and parts departments.
* Collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure timely and effective follow-up on leads and customer inquiries.
* Maintaining meticulous and updated customer records, contributing to a well-organized customer management system.
* Scanning service repair orders daily.
* Upholding dealership policies and procedures with a strong commitment to professionalism and customer service.
* Organizing and securing vehicles' second keys in a designated area.
* Balancing the cash register daily and replenishing change as needed.
* Creating FedEx labels and maintaining a log of sent contracts.
* Keeping the reception area organized and appealing, ensuring promotional materials and brochures are up to date.

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a dealership or automotive industry setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
