About the Role
We're seeking highly motivated and team-oriented Customer Care Agents to join our weekend shift team. Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency
Provide product information and recommendations to customers
Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work a 4-day weekend shift schedule, including Saturdays and Sundays
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
