**Experienced Customer Care Agent (Remote, Part-Time) – Global Travel Support Specialist**

You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's travel experiences. arenaflex is a global leader in the travel industry, and as a Customer Care Agent, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. ### What You'll Do As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for providing support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Processing, reissuing, and refunding passenger tickets * Booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations * Rebooking travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations * Performing passenger check-in and seat assignment (excluding curbside), managing seat changes, and issuing updates * Issuing vouchers and coordinating with vendors for passenger amenities (hotels, dining, transportation); coordinating refueling and refreshments * Managing passenger boarding, including ticket lift and check-in * Operating entry-level systems for pre-boarding, monitoring carry-on items, and gate monitoring * Utilizing jetways/spans for passenger boarding and deplaning * Making boarding and takeoff announcements * Delivering domestic/international flight reports * Performing customer service flight closing techniques * Acknowledging, checking, and labeling passenger baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters * Maintaining a schedule of flight boarding processes * Providing hands-on customer service training * Processing and completing credit card transactions at ticket counter stands and activation stations * Assisting travelers with self-service kiosk check-in and baggage handling at ticket counters * Managing lines at ticket counter stands and counters * Clearing/confirming domestic reports at the booth in the ticket counter area and activation stations * Acknowledging and enacting passengers' self-identified bags at activation stations * Assisting customers requiring special assistance; assisting with boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory travelers, extraordinary assistance travelers, and unaccompanied minors * Performing customer service work related to regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements * Maintaining regular and consistent attendance, including fulfilling any mandatory additional time prerequisites * Responding to and assisting during security or potentially emergency situations * Providing passenger entry information * Delivering quality customer service in a professional manner and in accordance with arenaflex's standards * Adhering to company policies, procedures, and performance standards * Following through with task-related stages of training * Complying with regulatory laws (e.g., DOT, FAA, TSA) * Utilizing various internal resources/systems during customer interactions * Wearing uniforms as required by company policy * Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualifying individuals with disabilities * (Depending on terminal size) Performing Passenger Activity Control functions including air-to-ground correspondence along with Pinnacle functions. Helping global travelers through customs/immigration, including baggage verification.
