Frontend Flutter Engineer (Equity, Remote)

InZone is a fast-growing, Gen-Z Social Network built around AI, 3D Avatars, and Mindful use. We are building the foundation for one of the leading social networks of the next ten years, designed to scale seamlessly to millions of users while staying true to our mission of making social media feel good again. Role Description We are looking for a Frontend Flutter Developer who will help take InZone from a product people love to a platform that feels world-class, seamless, and ready for our 1 millionth user. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a sharp design eye, a deep sense of ownership, and the technical maturity to translate creative vision into flawless execution. You will collaborate closely with our design, product, and backend teams to deliver a best-in-class mobile experience. This role is equity-compensated until we close our pre-seed round. We are upfront that this position carries risk but also the immense reward of joining early and helping shape a generational company. What You’ll Do • Lead frontend development across iOS and Android using Flutter. • Own UI and UX implementation by transforming design concepts into responsive, high-quality experiences. • Raise the design bar by fine-tuning layouts, animations, typography, and polish until every detail feels premium. • Collaborate with designers to refine flows and micro-interactions. • Optimize performance to ensure smooth, fast, and stable app usage across all devices. • Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for scalable, maintainable code. • Contribute ideas that make InZone as engaging, intuitive, and viral as today’s leading social platforms. What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of experience in Flutter development with a strong portfolio of shipped apps. • Deep knowledge of Dart and Flutter widget architecture. • Proven track record in UI and UX implementation with pixel-perfect attention to detail. • Experience with animations, custom components, and design systems. • Strong eye for aesthetic and functional design, caring as much about how it feels as how it works. • Familiarity with backend integrations such as Firebase and REST or GraphQL APIs. • Bonus: Experience building consumer apps at scale in social, gaming, or community-driven contexts. • Bonus: Interest in 3D avatars, AI features, or immersive user experiences.
