As a Customer Call Center Representative III, you will be responsible for:

* Answering, processing, and documenting a high volume of inbound calls efficiently
* Providing world-class customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling requests
* Scheduling appointments for examinees
* Researching, locating, and providing information to appropriate entities
* Maintaining ownership of calls and documenting all information in case management system

**What is Required (Qualifications)**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
* Minimum of 3 years call center/scheduling experience
* Ability to work various shifts and cover multiple time zones
* Ability to work as a team member and individual contributor
* Ability to follow standardized process workflow daily
