You will have the opportunity to collaborate with businesses and the community to assist Vadis in helping others achieve their employment goals. emstrongThis position serves clients throughout King County, while working out of offices in Lynnwood and Tukwila./strong/em/ppbr//ppuEach day varies as a Career Consultant with Vadis and includes many of the following activities:/u/ppbr//pulliDevelopment of jobs by recruiting prospective employers while matching the employer’s needs with individuals’ aptitudes, skills, past employment history, interests, and support needs./liliFacilitation of permanent job placement, meeting wage and hour goals./liliFollowing-up to assure job retention and wage progression./liliRecruiting clients, acting as liaison with referral agencies and rehabilitation programs./liliAssisting clients in establishing goals, developing plans to achieve those goals, and following through on those goals./liliPerforming orientation and intake activities./liliAdvocating for individuals with disabilities while striving to create awareness to the advantages of employing individuals with disabilities./liliPerforming necessary documentation, maintain up-to-date case files, and maintain electronic databases and other program paperwork./li/ulpbr//ppstrongPay and Benefits/strong/pulliThis is a full-time position with a starting wage of $25 per hour. This is not a remote position./liliFull salary range for this position is $25 - $28.84 per hour. However, this range allows for professional growth and development over time.nbsp;/liliMedical/Vision, dental, and life insurance coverage at minimal premium cost to employees. Dependent coverage available at employee cost./liliOpportunities for advancement./lili403(b) retirement plan, with up to a 6% company match dependent on contributions.
