Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Account Support Specialist to join our team in a 100% remote capacity. This role is crucial in servicing our large and growing portfolio, requiring a professional with a natural talent for communication and negotiation. The ideal candidate will be available for shift requirements between 8:00am – 7:00pm CST, Monday through Friday, and 8:00am – 12:00pm CST on Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Account Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary duties will include:

Contacting customers to understand the reasons behind payment delinquencies and negotiating payment arrangements.
Handling accounts with speed, accuracy, and professionalism, ensuring all interactions are respectful and courteous.
Confirming and negotiating payment arrangements, researching discrepancies, and resolving issues efficiently.
Meeting required performance standards and metrics through completing phone calls and maintaining detailed records.
Maintaining established objectives for delinquency, repossessions, and net losses, staying updated on policy and procedure changes.
Utilizing computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Documenting all accounts clearly and concisely, noting reasons for delinquency and actions taken.
Responding to customer inquiries with accurate information, professionalism, and integrity, adhering to all state and federal laws regarding account handling.


Qualifications and Skills
