Job Summary In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing expert support to external clients in complex bankruptcy-related matters, assessing risk, and investigating account data, including financial statements and absolute relationship analysis. You will also coordinate and negotiate with legal administrators or attorneys to determine workout arrangements, research account value to decide on full or partial charge-off, and lead research to determine goals for title and lien perfection issues. Key Responsibilities Offer expert support to external clients in complex drives related to bankruptcy filings to reduce misconduct and restructuring of loans within the Chapter 11 practical area Assess risk and investigate account data, including financial statements and absolute relationship analysis Coordinate and negotiate with legal administrators or attorneys to determine workout arrangements Research account value to decide on full or partial charge-off Lead research to determine goals for title and lien perfection issues Review and analyze complex operational issues that require research, evaluation, and determination of options related to low to medium risk expectations Screen portfolio for policy compliance and adhere to risk rating Identify valuable opportunities for process improvements within the scope of responsibilities in the Credit Exercise area Present recommendations for resolving complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the capabilities, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Provide issue-specific training and participate in departmental projects Collaborate and communicate with colleagues, associates, and managers to resolve issues and achieve objectives Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that demonstrate your expertise in credit exercise, business lending, or a related field.
