The role involves supporting the strategic growth of the M&A Advisory practice and working closely with the firm's president and CEO. Responsibilities • Be a strategic member of the organization, directly involved in all facets of the M&A Advisory practice, including business development and project management. • Serve as one of the primary contacts for candidates. • Strategize on the process and execution. • Work on strategic research projects. Skills • Minimum of 7 years of experience. • Be sophisticated, dynamic and have a strategic approach to leading and building an M&A advisory practice. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities. • Strong communication skills (written and verbal). • Be sophisticated, dynamic and have a strategic approach to executive search. • Exposure to the RIA community would be well received.
