Job Overview

As a Corporate Services Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering a range of support services that keep our corporate campus running smoothly. Your duties will include mailroom operations, events support, facilities maintenance, and more. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring that our corporate office is well-maintained, our events are executed flawlessly, and our teammates have everything they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities


Perform upkeep and maintenance on corporate mailroom equipment and systems to maintain excellent working conditions and minimize downtime.
Process, distribute, and track inbound and outbound mail and packages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to teammates across the corporate campus.
Supply paper to all campus printers and copiers, ensuring that our teammates have the resources they need to get their work done.
Operate the Employee Beverage Store, managing inventory, organization, and sales to provide a convenient and welcoming experience for our teammates.
Maintain our on-campus fountain beverage machines to ensure optimal and healthy operation, providing a great experience for our teammates and visitors.
Provide operational support for high-profile campus events, including room setups, beverage supply, and wayfinding, to ensure that our events are executed flawlessly.
Develop and maintain knowledge of USPS, FedEx, and Record Storage Systems procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and needs.


Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Minimum Qualifications


High school diploma or GED.


Preferred Qualifications


Experience in a mailroom or facilities support role.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
