Key Responsibilities

Create communities based on level and interest to foster engagement and loyalty among our customers
Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of customer marketing programs
Develop and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer marketing programs and make data-driven decisions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
5-7 years of experience in customer marketing, preferably in tech marketing
Ability to understand how customers are using arenaflex solutions to achieve their business goals and translate this into marketing programs
Demonstrated success in establishing communities and creating advocates
Revenue-driven mindset, with a focus on ensuring programs deliver results
Proficiency in marketing technology, such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Gong
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
