About the Opportunity This full-time internship is designed for current students pursuing degrees in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. As a Continuous Improvement Manufacturing Intern, you will be an integral part of our "Operations Excellence" initiatives, working on projects that aim to enhance the plant's operational performance. You will have the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with leaders within the manufacturing plant, gaining valuable insights and experience. Key Responsibilities • Perform and accomplish tasks, activities, and projects under the guidance of your intern manager to gain exposure to the business and develop your leadership skills. • Collaborate with peers from your designated team to build strong relationships and work towards common goals. • Develop technical expertise and business acumen by seizing opportunities to learn and grow within the functional area. • Serve as a Coca-Cola Brand Ambassador within the company and on campus, promoting the brand's values and mission. • Take on other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must: • Be currently enrolled in a degree program related to Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Have a targeted graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026. • Be available to start the internship at the end of May 2025. • Possess a strong interest in pursuing a career in manufacturing operations management after graduation. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge: • Previous internship or work experience in a manufacturing or operations setting. • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and principles. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
