**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Community Relations Assistant to join our team and help us develop and execute strategies that promote social responsibility and community engagement. As a key member of our Local Area Relations division, you'll work closely with our team to create and implement programs that align with our values and mission. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist the daily operations of the division, including coordinating game day communications and planned events
* Manage the gift process, including admission, inventory, and storage
* Oversee the Fighters Locally newsletter and association communications
* Manage the Fighters Locally social media channels
* Handle the division's receipt entries and processing
* Maintain all departmental schedules
* Admit office requests and channel public demands
* Ensure the Fighters Community Relations website is updated regularly and as soon as possible
* Provide excellent customer service to internal clients and represent the organization to external audiences
* Perform other duties as assigned
**Required Qualifications and Experience**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field
* At least 1 year of experience in community relations, cause marketing, or corporate social responsibility; 1 year of regulatory or project/occasion management experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; preference for individuals with experience in Agree, Coupa, and Salesforce
* Advanced, web-based entertainment and traditional marketing skills
* Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines effectively
* Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen; ability to build positive working relationships with representatives at all levels within the organization

* Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
