Job Summary As an Account Supervisor within our RCES team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing commercial enterprise strategies to drive growth and success for bolthires's vendors.You'll work closely with our internal teams, bolthires's companies, and multiple stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities As a Commercial Enterprise Strategist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks: * Commercial Enterprise Growth + Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and success for bolthires's vendors + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions + Analyze performance metrics and develop recommendations to improve business outcomes + Manage and deliver against complex goals, balancing short-term and long-term objectives + Identify new opportunities and develop mission plans to drive growth and expansion * Relationship Management + Build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders + Develop and execute relationship management plans to drive business outcomes + Conduct vendor delight surveys to identify trends and areas for improvement + Work with account managers to set expectations and drive improvement plans * Process Excellence + Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and key metrics to inform strategic development + Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to simplify and optimize operations + Develop and implement upgrades that benefit a large set of customers, such as process efficiencies and SOP simplification + Identify and implement mechanisms to create duty and drive business outcomes Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, supply chain) * 3+ years of experience in client or seller-facing roles, with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills * Proven ability to analyze data and exceptional practices to evaluate performance drivers * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Desired Qualifications * Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external marketing campaign metrics to evaluate performance drivers and identify insights * Demonstrated track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with excellent verbal and written communication * Strong understanding of bolthires's marketplace and vendor management processes What We Offer * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading provider of innovative solutions for bolthires's marketplace * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of experts * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance If you're a motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for building relationships and driving business outcomes, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your qualifications and experience.
