Cryptography Engineer with HSM
About the position Responsibilities • Advanced configurations and customizations of Thales key Management solutions. • Provide mentorship to L1 and L2 support engineers. • Collaborate with Product Vendor. • Manage and Configure Thales key Management systems based on customer/user requirements. • Conduct in-depth troubleshooting of key management related issues, incidents, and collaborate with L3 Support/Engineering team. • Provide support for integrating Thales key Management solutions with other systems.• Provide security best practices among users and ensure compliance with policies. Requirements • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Thales key management systems and Cryptographic solutions. • Strong leadership and mentoring skills. • Proven ability to lead security assessments and implement advanced security measures. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Familiarity with scripting for automations. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.Nice-to-haves • Good to have any relevant industry certifications.
