Key Responsibilities Work in a DevOps culture and team, responsible for the design, development, implementation, and ongoing operations of new and emerging technology platforms. Implement automation tools and frameworks for automated code deployment (CI/CD) to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Lead the design, development, and enhancement of cloud infrastructure to support business applications and services. Establish and maintain standards and guidelines to ensure quality and quantity of work, and prioritize tasks to drive progress. Collaborate with stakeholders to determine requirements and solutions that address business challenges and opportunities. Serve as a subject matter expert in cloud infrastructure, performing design reviews and consulting with teams to ensure best practices. Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery processes to ensure high availability and reliability. Participate in system and acceptance testing to ensure that systems are functionally suitable, technically sound, and well-integrated. Test and implement system upgrades using methods that preserve system integrity. Perform other work-related tasks as directed by management. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Engineering. Knowledge of AWS Foundation as a Service Automation tools like Cloud Development. Understanding of AWS compute, storage, security advancements, and infrastructure as code (IAC). Skilled in containerization using Docker and orchestration tools. Experience with monitoring tools and techniques. Ability to mentor and guide colleagues, including presenting new ideas and innovations. Capacity to anticipate business needs and lead a team towards identifying and solving cross-domain issues.
