Job Overview As a Software Engineer - CXone - Cloud Contact Center, you will be responsible for driving the success of our cloud contact center platforms, leveraging your expertise in IVR, ACD, and CXone Studio scripting. You will work closely with other software engineers, project managers, and team members to design and develop innovative products and features, ensuring seamless integration with CRM systems and other cloud telephony platforms. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and test software applications for cloud contact center platforms using NICE CXone Develop and maintain expertise in CXone Studio scripting, IVR, and ACD development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to industry standards Troubleshoot and resolve bugs discovered during the QA process Mentor junior team members and assist with onboarding new hires Work in both test and development production environments Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud contact center solutions Qualifications for Success To excel in this role, you should possess: 5-8 or more years of experience in IVR and ACD development 4 or more years of experience with CXone Studio scripting Proven experience with CRM integration and cloud telephony platforms (e.g., Five9, Talkdesk, Amazon Connect, Twilio, Genesys Cloud, or 8X8) A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering (preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills and Competencies In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with: Experience with cloud-based technologies and architectures Knowledge of industry-standard protocols and APIs Excellent communication and collaboration skills A passion for innovation and continuous learning Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team Why You'll Love Working with Us At Eventus, we pride ourselves on our entrepreneurial and collaborative environment, where innovation and creativity thrive.
