Job Overview In this role, you will be part of our Contact Center team, working closely with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to ensure that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently. As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will provide product education, handle a wide range of questions, and ensure that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities Follow approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims Continuously evaluate current policies and SOPs, providing recommendations for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency Handle sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner, maintaining the highest levels of data integrity and security Read and understand explanations of benefits or correspondence, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely information Document all activity related to claims, maintaining detailed and accurate records Communicate effectively via telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients, providing exceptional customer service and support Utilize various tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and billing information, ensuring that customers receive the most up-to-date and accurate information Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or equivalent A dedicated work-from-home space, with the ability to manage your time and tasks independently while maintaining high levels of productivity Previous medical and/or call center experience is highly desirable, although not essential Technical Requirements To work remotely, you will need: An internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second A reliable and secure internet connection, with no satellite internet The ability to connect your equipment to a router/modem using an Ethernet cord, with no Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspots with Ethernet ports Why Join blithequark?
