* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and scheduling appointments
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Key Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills
* Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a helpful bonus

**Requirements**
