Key Responsibilities Engage in online conversations with customers, providing timely and informative responses to their queries. Represent blithequark's automotive dealer clients favorably, promoting their services and products. Utilize your expertise to turn conversations into leads, driving revenue growth for our clients. Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting or exceeding performance targets. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Collaborate with the blithequark team to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback. Essential Qualifications Reside within the state of Oklahoma (Tulsa, OK). Possess a reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse. Computer specifications: minimum 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (or equivalent or higher). Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions. Availability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday, between 11am-7:30pm EDT. Typing speed: minimum 35 WPM (40 WPM or above preferred). Preferred Qualifications Gaming experience, which can be leveraged to enhance customer engagement and interaction. Previous experience in customer-facing roles or chat operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
