**Key Responsibilities:**

As an Experienced Call Center Representative – Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

* Handling high-volume customer calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Performing data entry tasks with precision and accuracy, utilizing arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules processes
* Entering patient and medication data into our systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
* Investigating missing solution data, deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes), and resolving data entry-related exceptions
* Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary
* Maintaining a dynamic specialist permit or certification within the initial 90 days and keeping a valid professional permit or certification

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Essential level computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing a computer
+ Using a mouse to point and click
+ Starting and closing programs
+ Switching between programs
+ Saving files
+ Printing documents
+ Accessing data online
* Essential web browsing skills, including:
+ Opening a browser
+ Composing URLs in the correct field
+ Using a search engine
+ Bookmarking a website
+ Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons
+ Completing online forms
* Middle-of-the-road keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files)
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
* 18 years old or older

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
* At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
* Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files)
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
