As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and logging necessary information into multiple software programs. If you're a self-motivated and self-starting individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities and Duties** As a Call Center Agent/Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for: * Making several outbound calls to customers on behalf of their insurance company, using a multi-line phone system * Logging all necessary information into multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Email * Receiving inbound calls from customers, following the same steps as above * Working independently, with minimal supervision, to meet productivity and quality standards * Collaborating with our team to achieve our goals and objectives * Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, using multiple software programs * Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge **Qualifications and Skills** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 24 months of inbound/outbound call center experience * High School Graduate * Fluent English * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and a multi-line phone system * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions * Willingness to work some weekends and overtime as needed **Preferred Qualifications** * Bilingual (a plus) * Experience with insurance companies and their clients (a plus) * Familiarity with multiple software programs, including CRM systems (a plus) * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment (a plus) **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with minimal distractions.
