**Job Summary**

As a Call Center Agent for Customer Technical Support at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing expert technical assistance and support to customers in the US and Canada through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide customer and technical support for arenaflex display products through incoming calls and internet requests, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to resolve customer issues and concerns.
* Issue Return Material Authorization (RMA) to customers, ensuring seamless returns and exchanges.
* Gather and resolve Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback, providing actionable insights to improve our products and services.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
* Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informed support.
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.

**Requirements**

* Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
* Basic understanding of computer systems and components (both PC and Mac), with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
* Ability to manage time and work both independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
* Some experience in customer/tech support or sales/repair service is preferred, but not required.

**Nice-to-Haves**

* A+ Certification or equivalent knowledge, demonstrating your expertise in computer hardware and technical support.
* Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools.
