Your primary responsibility will be to identify pain points in the client experience journey, from initial email to delivery, and develop actionable insights to drive business growth. You'll use advanced data analysis techniques, including SQL and data visualization tools, to uncover key drivers of client satisfaction and develop recommendations for improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a data-driven approach to client support, including thing, errands, and planning gatherings * Perform in-depth analysis of client experience scores, using advanced statistical methods and data visualization tools to identify key drivers of satisfaction and areas for improvement * Develop and present compelling business cases to stakeholders, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making * Work closely with data teams to develop and maintain data visualizations, including Looker, Data Studio, and other tools * Use quantitative and qualitative skills to analyze complex datasets, identify key trends and patterns, and develop recommendations for business improvement * Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on data analysis and business decision-making * Collaborate with planning teams to develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics **What You'll Need** * Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as Business Administration, Operations Research, Mathematics, or Economics * Hands-on experience with data analysis tools, including Looker, Data Studio, and Google Sheets * Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and Hive, with experience in data analysis and visualization * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and present compelling business cases to stakeholders * Experience mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on data analysis and business decision-making **What We Offer** At blithequark, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
