Some of your key responsibilities will include: * **Fielding customer inquiries and providing innovative solutions**: You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and providing innovative solutions to varying questions, issues, and concerns. * **Delivering exceptional customer service**: You'll be expected to deliver exceptional customer service through active listening and proactive issue resolution. * **Working with confidential customer information**: You'll be responsible for handling confidential customer information and treating it sensitively. * **Escalating interactions when necessary**: You'll be expected to escalate interactions when necessary and track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * **Providing feedback on call issues and upselling products or services**: You'll be responsible for providing feedback on call issues and upselling products or services as required. **Requirements for the Customer Service Expert Role** To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: * **6 months of customer service experience (preferred)**: While experience is not required, it's highly preferred. If you have experience in customer service, you'll be well-positioned to succeed in this role. * **Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment and overnight shifts**: You'll need to be comfortable working remotely in a virtual team environment and be available to work overnight shifts. * **Over 18 years of age and high school graduate or GED**: You'll need to be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. * **Ability to type 25 wpm and comfort with desktop computer systems**: You'll need to be able to type 25 words per minute and be comfortable using desktop computer systems. * **Proven oral and written communication skills, logical problem-solving skills, and organization and work prioritization skills**: You'll need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as logical problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * **Internet connection requirements: minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps, minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps, and ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms**: You'll need to have a reliable internet connection that meets these requirements. **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's conducive to happiness and a healthy work-life balance.
