Some of your key responsibilities will include: * **Fielding customer inquiries and providing innovative solutions**: You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and providing innovative solutions to varying questions, issues, and concerns. * **Delivering exceptional customer service**: You'll be expected to deliver exceptional customer service through active listening and proactive issue resolution. * **Working with confidential customer information**: You'll be responsible for handling confidential customer information and treating it sensitively. * **Escalating interactions when necessary**: You'll be expected to escalate interactions when necessary and track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * **Providing feedback on call issues and upselling products or services**: You'll be responsible for providing feedback on call issues and upselling products or services as required. **Requirements for the Customer Service Expert Role** To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: * **6 months of customer service experience (preferred)**: While experience is not required, it's highly preferred.
