You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategic solutions that drive results. With a strong focus on data analysis, business acumen, and communication skills, you'll be the go-to expert for data-driven insights and recommendations that inform business decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct pre-and post-examination of client programs, vital tasks, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing initiatives to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth * Investigate the execution of different pilot projects while following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing) * Maintain and update required tools and systems based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models * Identify errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes and provide solutions * Proactively search for patterns and trends in data to identify areas for improvement or opportunities for growth * Support the development and improvement of blithequark's tools and systems to drive financial targets and improve value chain capabilities * Model business scenarios based on analyzed data and business needs/requirements * Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed, and develop strategic recommendations for business leaders * Perform other related and assigned duties **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations, with a focus on analysis, modeling, or measurement * Experience in management consulting or design thinking highly preferred * Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLookups, and data modeling * Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, including data visualization using tools like Tableau or Microsoft Power BI * Proficiency in other MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Visio * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Understanding of Financial and Operating Statements * Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects and priorities * Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Strong change management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of projects and tasks * Commitment to continuous learning and professional development **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, macros, and SQL * Experience with statistical analysis using tools like R or similar software * Knowledge of data mining and sales reporting tools, such as Edge Minder or similar software * Familiarity with SharePoint and other collaboration tools * Functional understanding of sales, delivery, warehouse, and production processes * Project management or support experience **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $26/hour * Opportunity to work remotely and enjoy a flexible schedule * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a talented team * Professional development opportunities and training to enhance your skills and knowledge * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and analytical professional with a passion for driving business growth through data-driven insights, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
