Key Responsibilities
Operate a tractor-trailer to transport bulk cargo from distribution centers to stores across the country
Plan and manage routes to ensure timely delivery of cargo, taking into account traffic, weather, and road conditions
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
Load and unload cargo, ensuring that it is properly secured and handled
Interact with distribution center and store staff to ensure smooth delivery and pickup of cargo
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including cargo manifests and delivery receipts
Comply with all safety regulations and company policies, including those related to hours of service, vehicle maintenance, and cargo handling
Essential Qualifications
At least 1 year of previous tractor-trailer driving experience
Must be 21 years of age
Valid Class A CDL
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and time management skills

2+ years of experience in bulk cargo delivery or a related field
