Were seeking an Experienced Bookkeeper to manage the monthly accounting for 30 small business clients. This is an opportunity to grow with a firm that values expertise, precision, and client relationships.
What Youll Do
Ā Monthly Bookkeeping: Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping for a portfolio of 30 small business clients.
Ā Financial Reports: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and customized reports to support client decision-making.
Ā Client Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their questions and ensuring they feel supported.
Ā Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
Ā Problem Solving: Identify discrepancies and provide solutions to maintain accurate records.
Ā Collaboration: Work closely with our CPA and tax advisory team to ensure seamless client service.
Who You Are
Ā Experienced: Minimum of 4-8 years of bookkeeping experience (preferably with multiple clients).
Ā Tech-Savvy: Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and other accounting software. Experience with Hubdoc or Bill.com is a plus.
Ā Detail-Oriented: You thrive in organizing numbers and processes. Accuracy is your middle name!
Ā Client-Focused: Youre personable, professional, and always looking to add value.
Ā Efficient: Skilled at managing time and juggling multiple priorities without missing deadlines.
