Job Summary We are looking for tutors who have a strong and diverse skillset in Biology and Chemistry to drive success. As a tutor with Next Level Tutoring, LLC, you will have the opportunity to work with high school and college level students in the East Penn, Parkland, Northwestern, Allentown, Bethlehem, Southern Lehigh, Salisbury, and Upper Perkiomen school districts. Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one tutoring in Biology and Chemistry to high school and college level students in their homes Customize tutoring sessions to meet the unique needs of each individual student Travel up to 30 minutes to student assignments Utilize local curriculum to inform tutoring sessions Maintain organized, reliable, and dependable scheduling and communication with students and parents Utilize basic computer and Internet skills to communicate with the company and access resources Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or college students in the junior or senior year 1-year tutoring or teaching experience preferred Understanding of local curriculum Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes to student assignments Organized, reliable, and dependable with strong communication skills Basic computer and Internet skills Preferred Qualifications Certified teachers for Elementary, Middle School, or High School College upperclassmen education majors with tutoring experience Professionals who are subject matter experts and have the gift of teaching and mentoring Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
