**Responsibilities**
As a Billing & Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Entering bills of lading into arenaflex's internal inquiry system with speed and accuracy
* Learning and retaining industry terms related to billing, including National Motor Freight Classification
* Communicating any paperwork issues to our Service Centers
* Performing all necessary audits as assigned
* Entering proper Hazardous Materials bills as assigned
* Assisting Service Centers with any questions relevant to billing
* Assisting in identifying and communicating all issues relevant to billing
* Reviewing weekly Error Report for feedback and accuracy of corrections
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Exceptional data entry skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* The ability to work late afternoons and evenings, as this is a 2nd shift position
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with our Service Centers and other teams
