We believe in investing in our employees' growth and development, and we encourage you to explore opportunities for advancement within our organization. **Your Responsibilities** As a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales Customer Expert, your primary responsibilities will include: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Meeting sales objectives as defined **We're Looking for Fearless People** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
