Providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and escalating issues as needed
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
At least one year of experience in customer service, preferably in social media customer engagement
Basic knowledge of Salesforce, Social Studio, Excel, and CRM tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
