About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This full-time, remote position offers a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $28,000 to $50,000 per year, with opportunities for commission and bonuses. As an integral part of our agency, you will provide exceptional service to our diverse client base and contribute to our growth and success. Key Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients, contributing to the growth and success of our agency.
Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with regulations and attention to detail.
Assist with onboarding clients, setting clear expectations and providing guidance on how to use our services.
Ensure policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Coordinate client appointments and manage calendars effectively, demonstrating clear and effective communication skills.


Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

Active Property and Casualty License, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge in the insurance industry.
Fluency in Spanish, along with proficiency in English, to effectively communicate with our diverse client base.
Experience with Allstate is strongly preferred, although not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, to efficiently manage tasks and responsibilities.
Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment, demonstrating professionalism and respect in all interactions.
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and managers.
