We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled New Business, New Logo hunter to join our team selling Student Housing, Resident Life & Conferencing and Event Technology to Universities and Colleges in the USA and Canada. You will be motivated and driven to succeed, playing a crucial role in driving new business growth and expanding our client base in North America. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our fast paced EdTech company and make a significant impact in the industry. Key Responsibilities Meet monthly and quarterly new logo contracts targets Hyperactivity in opening doors, creating relationships and turning them into new contracts Constitutively sell using a sales process framework Perform sales discovery calls and demo’s both remotely and in person where appropriate Demo software as part of sales process Discover, complete and submit RFP documentation in an organized way that doesn’t detract from other selling duties Attend trade shows on the booth to generate leads, engage with the marketplace and learn Be organization obsessed keeping CRM up to date and proactively follow up and communicate with all prospects Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for clients Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments using that knowledge to open more doors Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Strong track record of success in New Logo sales in SaaS Strong track record in selling to Resident Life or a similar audience in Higher Ed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Natural curiosity and ability to ask great questions Exceptional written skills for RFP completion Experience in sourcing RFP's in this sector Experience selling student housing software is a plus Track record of effective prospecting using all tools kindling the phone and gaining referrals Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Outstanding organization and prioritization skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Resilient and determined to outperform expectation Benefits As part of the Kinetic team, you will benefit from: Base Salary up to $85,000 (Dependant on experience) Commission – Year 1 OTE $170,000.
