Role Overview We're seeking an experienced and motivated Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their success with our innovative spend management solutions. Responsibilities Customer Support: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and accurate manner, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with Customers: Collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues, identify needs, and provide feature requests, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of technical issues and discussions with customers, providing valuable insights for our product team. Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with our product team to update help center articles, ensuring that our customers have access to the information they need to succeed. Requirements Experience: 2+ years of customer support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving complex technical issues. Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Technical Skills: Experience with case/ticket management systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.), with a strong understanding of technical issues and solutions. Soft Skills: Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
