Job Title: MES Program Manager (SparkMES/EQLM Oracle ERP Integration) Location: Beachwood, OH 44122 (100 %Remote) Duration: 6 months Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: Excellent facilitation and stakeholder communication across global teams Experience managing large, global programs with end-to-end delivery accountability Fluency in local language and English (written and verbal); Spanish language proficiency required Full lifecycle knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Automotive manufacturing domain experience Strong documentation and governance practices Roles & Responsibilities: Program Leadership: Manage planning, execution, and delivery of SparkMES and EQLM implementations integrated with Oracle ERP at two sites, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance. Integration Management: Oversee technical design and data flow between SparkMES, EQLM, and Oracle ERP for synchronized production and quality processes. Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as primary liaison among IT, operations, vendors, and external partners to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution. Governance & Compliance: Apply program governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance standards throughout the deployment lifecycle. Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, resource utilization, and cost; provide regular updates to leadership and steering committees. Change Management: Drive organizational change initiatives to support adoption and minimize operational disruption.
