**Position Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat

* Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
**Minimum Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
* Have prior customer service experience, although we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Be fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
