The Accounting Analyst role is designed for someone early in their career to support the Finance and Accounting team with day-to-day financial and accounting activities, contributing to accurate financial reporting and operations.ResponsibilitiesSupport the monthly financial close processAssist with investment and bank account reconciliationsSupport accounts payable and receivable processesSupport client billing operationsCoordinate with internal teams and external partnersAssist with monthly financial statement preparation (Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss)Help verify daily cash activity and support wire and ACH preparationSupport expense reporting through ExpensifyAssist with quarterly investment reporting and summariesSupport billing setup and coordination with client-facing teamsParticipate in ad-hoc projects and analyses as part of ongoing learning and developmentSkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field1–2 years of relevant experienceStrong attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems and processesAbility to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and ask questions when clarification is neededClear, professional written and verbal communication skillsCPA not required; interest in pursuing further accounting or finance education is a plusWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel; exposure to QuickBooks or similar systems is helpful but not requiredCompany OverviewOur mission statement is to give our clients the freedom to pursue what matters most to them.
