About the Role We are looking for a customer-centric individual who is passionate about delivering excellent experiences and providing top-notch support to our Spanish-speaking customers. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer service tickets, resolving issues, and providing solutions to our clients. If you are a self-starter who is fluent in both English and Spanish, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Key Responsibilities Handle all customer service tickets from Spanish-speaking customers via Zendesk and WhatsApp Reply to tickets within 24 hours, except on weekends Update customer accounts in various platforms Solve problems and brainstorm solutions with the team in both English and Spanish Work within our payment processing system to assist with refunds, subscription changes, and more Maintain and update Customer Service SOPs for this brand Work a maximum of 10 hours per week (to start) Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter who can manage your own time and tasks, be ruthlessly resourceful, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. You must also be personable, service-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field Proficiency in using tech stacks such as Slack, Asana, Dropbox, Searchie (Membership.Io), Zendesk, Chargebee, Keap, Loom, and Google Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. You must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Additionally, you must be proficient in using various software applications and have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
