About the Position: Music Teacher and Faculty Member We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced music teachers to teach beginning level violin, piano, and guitar to students of various age groups. As a Music Kids Faculty Member, you will have the opportunity to work on-site at our partner schools, teaching small group classes and managing student records, providing meaningful learning updates to parents, and supporting students virtually. Key Responsibilities: Teach small group classes in violin, piano, and guitar to students of various age groups, including beginning level students (3-5 years old) Manage student records, provide progress reports, and communicate with parents Participate in professional development opportunities through collaboration with senior resident Faculty Members and staff Promote the program and drive enrollment at partner school events throughout the year Contribute to lesson planning, scheduling, and supplementary virtual learning Ideal Candidate Profile: We are seeking candidates with at least 1-2 years of teaching experience, either in music classes or a traditional classroom setting. You should be able or willing to teach more than one instrument at a beginning level, or ideally all three (curricular resources and assistance for your non-primary instruments are available). A strong interest in working with a wide range of student age groups, especially beginning level students, is essential. You should be passionate about having a direct impact on the primary education system and be comfortable teaching students in small groups of 3-4 students. Essential Qualifications: At least 1-2 years of teaching experience, either in music classes or a traditional classroom setting Ability or willingness to teach more than one instrument at a beginning level, or ideally all three (violin, piano, and guitar) Strong interest in working with a wide range of student age groups, especially beginning level students Passion for having a direct impact on the primary education system Comfortable teaching students in small groups of 3-4 students Preferred Qualifications: Experience with leadership or project management Ability to work closely with an office staff in administrative and professional development functions Reliable, organized, timely, and possesses friendly verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working daily in email, internal instant messaging, company databases, digital timekeeping, and other online resources to manage activities Owns a car to commute to/from our partner schools (optional in some cases, but strongly preferred) Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At Music Kids LLC, we are committed to the growth and development of our Faculty Members. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $45,760 - $68,640 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
