About the Role We are seeking an exceptional Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team as a Healthcare Prescription Benefits Specialist. As a vital member of our customer service team, you will support US-based customers with their prescription benefits questions and concerns, providing top-notch service and ensuring a positive experience. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls in both English and Spanish from US customers, addressing questions and concerns regarding their prescription healthcare benefits. Provide detailed information about insurance coverage, benefit plans, copays, and coverage determination to ensure customers have a comprehensive understanding of their benefits. Handle prescription refills, order status updates, and tracking, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries. Educate customers on online self-service options for updates and assist with troubleshooting these self-services to promote customer independence and empowerment. Empathize with customers and resolve concerns in a professional and courteous manner, simplifying their healthcare experience and fostering loyalty and trust. Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy, adapting to new call types and business needs as required. Work at Home Requirements To ensure a productive and distraction-free work environment, you will need to meet the following requirements: High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 mbps (no satellite, Wi-Fi, or cellular/wireless carrier hotspot or internet services). A hard-wired internet connection via an Ethernet cable to a modem/router that you own or are responsible for. A dedicated, quiet, and secured workspace with no distractions. A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone. blithequark will provide you with company equipment, such as a PC, mouse, keyboard, and other necessary tools, to use on your network. Additional Requirements To be considered for this role, you must: Be fluent in both English and Spanish. Be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience. Possess a customer-focused personality and a genuine desire to help people. Demonstrate a professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette. Be available for a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs. Be willing to submit to a drug test and background check.
