Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the frontline ambassador for our Spanish-speaking clients, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service, efficiently processing meal orders, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients and case managers. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, located in Idaho, Nevada, Texas, or Utah.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with clients, addressing questions, and providing exceptional support to ensure a positive experience
Input order information into the client order screen, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Document all conversations with clients into the client information database, maintaining detailed records and ensuring seamless communication
Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file, proactively managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when special situations arise, demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving skills
Work quickly and efficiently without making clients feel rushed, prioritizing their needs and delivering personalized support


Essential Qualifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish), with excellent verbal and written communication skills
High school degree or GED, with a strong foundation in customer service principles
1 year of previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving customer complaints
Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook), with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems
Clear oral communication skills, with the ability to deescalate situations and provide empathetic support to clients
Prior experience adhering to company policies and demonstrating core values, with a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
Must have a wired internet connection using an ethernet port, with broadband internet wired to the home (Cable Modem/service or Fiber Optic)
Must have a quiet workspace that is free from distraction, with the ability to maintain focus and productivity in a remote work environment


Preferred Qualifications

1 year of previous call center experience, with a strong understanding of call center operations and customer service principles
Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technology and software
Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding regulatory requirements


Physical Requirements
This role requires repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers, as well as sedentary work that primarily involves sitting and remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods. Visual perception is also required to perform the job, including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
