Job Overview We're currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Disbursal Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in strengthening our connections with clients as they conclude their cases. Key Responsibilities As a Bilingual Customer Service Disbursal Coordinator, you'll be responsible for: Conducting client meetings at case closure to finalize necessary documentation and gather valuable feedback on their experiences. Actively representing our firm at various company-sponsored events, including client appreciation and community outreach activities. Providing support to the front office coordinator as required. Engaging with clients on a daily basis, delivering impactful and meaningful outreach. Occasionally traveling to remote offices to facilitate disbursal processes. Required Skills To be successful in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client service roles. A strong commitment to community outreach and the ability to connect with diverse individuals effortlessly. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and record-keeping capabilities. Proficient with technology and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. A vibrant personality that fosters effective communication and relationship-building. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check necessary for obtaining a North Carolina notary license within 60 days of employment. Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need to have a: High School Diploma or equivalent.
