About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly formed team that combines 24/7 Crisis, Triage & After Hour services with EAP Telephonic services and Confide clinicians. As a Behavioral Health 24/7 Clinical Navigation & Support Care Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering a personalized navigation experience that is seamless, efficient, and heartfelt. You will work closely with customers, providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure that individuals receive the right care at the right time. Key Responsibilities Conduct clinical case assessments, crisis risk assessments, and provide clinically appropriate referrals for care and treatment De-escalate crisis situations and develop safety plans Utilize clinical expertise, professional judgment, and best practices to determine biopsychosocial needs Provide customers with solutions, next steps, and assistance with navigating access to care Perform research for community and educational resources to support customers' journeys Educate customers about their benefit plan coverage and how to access care via digital applications and platforms Partner with peers and leaders to promote a culture of change and support all parties through the change process Demonstrate agility, flexibility, and excellent clinical judgment in a fast-paced environment Exemplify diplomacy with customers and providers who may not be receptive to the information shared Understand and adhere to confidentiality and privacy regulations Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Master's degree or PhD in a mental health field (LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, Psych RN, or LP) with current independent licensure in the state of employment 5+ years of post-licensure experience as a mental health and/or substance use clinician with demonstrated understanding of multiple therapeutic modalities, including brief therapy and managed care experience Knowledge and experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) Proficient with multiple software and system applications Demonstrated ability to set priorities, manage time, and maintain organizational skills A passion for integrated healthcare approaches to improve physical and emotional functioning Preferred Qualifications CEAP certification Knowledge and experience with the application of ASAM, MCG, and LOCUS/CALOCUS criteria Spanish speaking What We Offer At Cigna, we believe in supporting the whole health of our employees.
