Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed as a 3rd Shift Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Our ideal candidate will have: Essential Qualifications: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences. High school diploma or equivalent. Residency in Florida, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, or South Carolina. Access to compatible computer equipment, including a laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10/11 Pro, Intel Core i5 or i7 processor, 8GB RAM, and a minimum 128GB hard drive. A wired Ethernet connection with an internet speed of at least 100 mbps. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
