Key Responsibilities and Expectations
As an Aviation Data Entry Specialist for Delta Airlines, you will be responsible for:

Providing exceptional training experiences to 14 CFR Part 121 certified Air service pilots in Flight training for Delta Air Lines or external DPS clients
Coordinating and assisting with Fleet standard programs for all raise DCLC (Delta Captain Leadership Course) and Pilot Indoctrination
Coordinating DCLC monthly instructor schedule and student roster
Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the training development/Media manager, Analytics manager, and instructor team
Supporting all raise in classroom courseware and logistics for DCLC and Pilot leadership
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Pilot in Command and Second in Command responsibilities, roles, and responsibilities
Expectations for professionalism, leadership, decision making, team resource, and risk and error management
Customer service policies, procedures, and available resources
Presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to present organized briefings and lead large, interactive discussions


Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should:

Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
Have an Airline Transport Pilot certificate with aircraft Multiengine Land class
Have served as a pilot at a 14 CFR Part 121 certified Air carrier
Have accrued at least 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command at a 14 CFR Part 121 certified Air carrier
Be familiar with the technology required for the position, including Apple iPad tablets, MS PowerPoint, and other software applications
Embody a diverse set of people, thinking, and styles
Prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data
