Key Responsibilities: • Conduct virtual physical therapy evaluations and follow-up sessions for patients • Develop personalized treatment plans to meet patient goals and improve functional outcomes. • Educate patients on self-management techniques and injury prevention strategies. • Utilize telehealth platforms and digital tools to assess, treat, and track patient progress. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Qualifications: • Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. • Licensed in: AZ, CA, FL, IL, NJ, NY, TX, and/or WI • Active Physical Therapy license in good standing. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy practice. If new grad, must have strong orthopedic training and motivated. • Experience or willingness to work in a telehealth/virtual setting. • Comfortable working with the Medicare population. • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business growth and patient acquisition. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. • Comfort using digital health platforms and EMR systems. • Ability to work independently while being an integral part of a collaborative team. • Preferred: Active NPI number.
